              I was very dissatisfied with the service I had. I dropped off my 2008 Trailblazer on Sunday and I didn't hear anything about my vehicle until Tuesday when I had to call then I said that I am coming to pick up my vehicle. They said that it would be in the shop on Wednesday and again I had to call on Thursday because no call. So Friday they called me and told me what was wrong and told them to fix it. They told me they had to order the parts. It finally was done on Wednesday. I came and picked it up. I talked to the service manager. I told him about the poor service and he acted like he didn't care. He told me you have to wait if your want quality service. I will not be come for service no more. I will not recommend your dealership to anyone.

              As always, the staff at Rodgers took extremely good care of me. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. They really care about me as a person as well as a customer. The staff at Rodgers are the only ones that take care of my car. I totally trust the work done on my car at the dealership. Thanks to all for taking very good care of me and my car.

              We're sorry to hear that you feel you were dealt with dishonestly. Can you please explain what was said or done to make you feel this way?

              According to our records, it looks like you purchased the GM Certified Extended Warranty [4 year/100kmile], which according to the time of purchase (04/19/10) was effective until (04/19/14) or 134,000 miles. At the time of your visit, you were well outside the warranty period; however, you do still have the powertrain warrenty which covers some of the items. Your service advisor has been attempting to contact you about it.

              I brought the vehicle in to get a...

              I brought the vehicle in to get a replacement key and fob for my 2007 chevy malibu. Folks were courteous. My issue is with the completed service. I paid $217 for the key, fob, and programming. The remote starter worked once, and that was when i left the dealership. It hasn't worked again since. Since this was my only reason to bring the vehicle in, it was disappointing to not have it done right.

              I've had very good experiences with...

              I've had very good experiences with Rodger's Chevrolet from sales to service. Of course, there has been times when I felt that the repair costs were high for fairly new vehicles. In fairness, the service staff has always tried to help defrey the cost by picking up part of the charge if possible. This particular repair was covered under a service bulletin, so there was no "out of pocket" expense. Because of the volume of service work awaiting repairs, I did have to leave my truck for a couple of days, but I knew they would repair it as soon as possible. All-in-all, my experiences with Rodger's are very positive and I highly recommend this dealership.

              Never have any complaints about my service or sales experience at Rodgers,I highly recommend them often and boast them every chance I get...if I had a bumper sticker that said "Love <3 my dealer" , my new Malibu(my2nd vehicle :-)) would be adorned with it :-)!!
