My wife and I bought a 2005 Impala in 2008. We have been coming to service for all of our maintenance since we purchased it. Our service advisor is Armand (Mike) Brossoit. We have come to him every time we have had a problem and for routine maintenance. Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. He always greets us with a smile and a handshake (a hug for my wife). His professionalism is greatly appreciated. He has always taken the time to listen to our complaint and has always been very helpful in explaining the repair process that is needed. We feel that Mr. Brossoit should be commended on his valuable contribution to your service department.
I just wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service on my recent repair of my 2003 Cavalier. My "check engine" light came on, and when a part had to be ordered, I asked for a loaner vehicle and was immediately accomodated. Then, 24 hours later, the warning light came on again in my car, so I brought it back and was given another loaner to use for 5 days. I was concerned because it happend on a Friday, but that was not an issue. I just can't say enough how much of a stress reliever it was to have the use of another at vehicle while mine was being worked on. This happened during the busiest 2 weeks of my year at work. Mike Broissoit in your service dept has always provided me with excellent care as well. I work at DTE Energy, and our management is currently working on a customer service plan that will "wow" customers. I made sure I told my boss about your loaner car and how that has made me say "wow" on 4 different occasions in recent years. It is a simple thing, but it means a lot to someone like me who leads a very busy life and not having to take time to borrow a car or get a ride here and there just means the world to me. I am a loyal customer for life! I bought my Chevy there and will buy my next one from you in the next 2-3 years. I still love my little Cavalier for now!

I was there about a month ago to purchase a Chevy Cruze with my son, Carl. From the moment we drove up in his old car we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. After visiting other dealers, that was a welcome difference.
You were very helpful in keeping in touch with Carl prior to our visit. I especially appreciate Michael Creighton and the wonderful Credit Manager, Nick Hall. Both gentlemen spent the better part of that day ensuring that Carl and I got the best car with the best financial arrangements possible. Mr. Creighton went out of his way (literally!) to obtain my signatures and then deliver the car to Carl. We will never forget that specialized treatment.
Carl is enjoying his car and is reassured knowing that he will have a continuing relationship with the service department of your dealership. You can be sure that we will recommend Rodgers Chevrolet to other residents of the Metro Detroit area. I am also in customer relations for an international defense company, and I have used this story to illustrate the difference that good customer relationships make in making a purchasing decision.

This is my 6th vehicle from Rodgers. I have friends who have purchased/serviced their Chevy's at other dealerships and have had no where near the great experiences that I have at Rodgers.
I have leased at least 10 cars from Becky Doyle. Her knowledge and professionalism are always exceptional. By the way, the service department and Armand (Mike) provide excellent maintenance and repairs and are courteous and timely. I often refer people to Rodgers Chevrolet.
Outstanding sale person is Karen Kiser. Wow, all I had to do was tell her who our auto insurance company agent is, and Karen took it from there, I did NOT have to do anything. When we picked up our new car, I was not feeling well, Karen was so kind, and she made everything very easy to understand. We look forward to doing a lot of traveling this summer. It is so funny how my husband, Dave and I, were just looking and comparing the Traverse with the Equinox. We were able to have the two cars side by side and make our own choice. We have been GM lessees and buyers for over 40 years. Live and buy American!!!!!!!!!!!

Around 2PM Saturday, November 27, 2010 I locked my keys in the car! Frustrated I called Rodgers Chevrolet since it is the closest GM dealer to my house. Thomas in Parts told me he had a blank for the car door. I was relieved! He explained to me that I needed to show proof of ownership which was locked in the car! About 5 minutes later I called back and explained to him that I had purchased a key there before. He put me on hold. I drove up there in my other car and he found the paper with the copy of my registration on it. I presented my drivers license and he cut my key!! I wanted to share with you the excellent customer service Thomas gave me and the money he saved me.

I got your message and apologize I couldn’t call back, I was traveling ALL day for work, but am home now. I’ve been meaning to write you guys an email anyway, so I’m glad you called to refresh my memory. I just wanted to personally thank you, Jerry, Joe (Gen Mgr… hope that’s his name) and anybody else that was involved in my recent visit for making my 1st visit at Rodgers’ service center one that was worry-free. Even though there was a possibility that nothing was wrong or needed to be replaced, I appreciate that Jerry took my concerns seriously and took the time to check out all possibilities… and he even did some research on the side to provide me with some more useful information.
Becky, from a sales perspective, you’ve been wonderful from the get-go, and Jerry and Joe have followed suit making me feel welcome and like Rodgers’ truly cares about me, the customer - a 1st in my years of dealing with dealerships and/or dealer service centers. As long as you there are at Rodgers, I’ll continue to buy my vehicles there, get service there, and recommend anybody that asks me where to go straight to you guys. So, I have absolutely no problem giving you the most positives results on the GM survey when it comes in the mail. Sorry for the gushing email, but I’ve been withholding complete judgment until my first service experience with Rodgers; and you passed! A+. J
As for the radio lens – yes, it had a minor scuff on it, not sure how it got there, but now I’m going to be extra careful around it. The compound took care of it and it looks like new. Thanks for asking.

I would first like to start off by saying what a team you have there. I spoke with Karen Kiser about turning in my lease, and I also told her about my situation with my credit and that I was worried about it and that I may not be able to buy anything. Well she quickly set my mind to rest. I met with her and filled out the paper work and met with Nick Hall and boy what a relief I felt after that. These two people are so good at making you feel good about yourself even though things did not seem that way. Well I got to tell you they went to work and I received a call from Nick explaining finance details and wow I was completely impressed with this guy. Then I got the call from Karen to come in and look at this HHR so I did it was very nice and equipped with everything that I wanted. Well that day she and the whole dealership was busy, I said to her ok let's do this she said to me don't worry; let me do the worry for you. And I met with Nick again, Nick informed me that he would do everything he could to make this happen for me, and he did. And for this I am so thankful. So with that said Nick and Karen are two of the finest people that I know. And I just thought that this dealership should know this, in the past I have dealt with the service dept, and that was good also Roberta was good to us to. I must add that, it seems like as a whole this dealership is like a family and they treat you like family as well for my experience with Karen, Nick and Roberta so hats off and great job!!!!!!!!!!!!
